for graduates only

 

This prestigious stroll will take you along one of Parisian fashion’s meccas. In the heart of the 8th arrondissement, Avenue Montaigne is an elegant avenue lined with small gardens and the boutiques of some of the biggest names in haute couture: Dior, Chanel, Louis Vuitton, Gucci, Prada, Armani and more.

at 10.15 am in front 25, avenue des Champs-Elysées
Franklin-Roosevelt metro station, lines 1 and 9.

 

1.5-hour outdoor visit

 

You must register before noon on 29 May. Only 30 places available.
We will not accept anyone just turning up on the day

 

This visit will present a detailed history of Parisian luxury and refinement. You’ll discover the secrets of the legendary names in haute couture from the time the couturier Dior set up shop in 1946 and launched the New Look, as well as the history of the Théâtre des Champs Elysées and the Plaza Athénée.

 

You’ll discover magnificent private mansions, including that of Napoleon III’s mistress, the Countess of Castiglione. Maud will tell you all about the décor of the gorgeous Théâtre des Champs Elysées.

 

It’ll be a chance to learn and network at the same time!
