Communicating better with our differences (Nice)

Who comes?
Anyone who has a significant interpersonal role to play in their profession (team managers and HR functions, sales representatives, suppliers, support services, etc.), or who simply wants to develop their interpersonal communication skills (hierarchy, colleagues, friends, family, etc.).

To do what?
We all develop different modes of communication, consciously or unconsciously. We believe that our way of being is legitimate, but we come up against the other person's differences, and this can generate misunderstanding, negative emotions and conflict. The idea of the workshop is to get help from communication theories to know ourselves better and adapt to others.

What are the details?
- Theoretical input on modern approaches to communication
- Identify your own communication style and needs
- Identify other profiles and their expectations
- Dialogue despite differences, taking care of yourself and the other person
- And if conflict does arise... know the triggers, the different styles and their resolution patterns

Collective intelligence to multiply solutions!
Rather than taking a photograph for yourself, we work in a "co-construction" mode, exchanging experiences, pooling our ideas, giving advice and listening. The idea is for each participant to learn from the other what moves him or her, what makes him or her different... so as to better define his or her own communication path.

Information about the coach leading the workshop:
Isabelle Secousse(www.aixcoaching.com) has been a professional coach for ten years. Her work has been accredited by the Société Française de Coaching. Since 2010, she has been working with SKEMA Alumni on group workshops in Sophia, Aix and Marseille, as well as supporting graduates through performance packs. You can find her on LinkedIn and on the alumni website, as she is also a graduate of the PGE SKEMA (class of 1989).
