On-line workshop - Setting mindset goals for 2025

Have you ever been disappointed after reaching one of your goals, feeling unsatisfied despite achieving it?

During this on-line workshop with your coach, Orianne Gambino (SKEMA 2016) proposes a change of method!

This workshop offers a complementary vision to the usual SMART objectives. Instead of focusing on concrete action goals like running a marathon, or getting a promotion, we'll be looking at the real reason behind these goals. We'll start from our desired "mindset", i.e. the mentality we want to develop and the feeling associated with it.

This workshop applies the well-known and effective principles of start with why (Simon SInek) to the setting of personal and professional goals. It enables you to set goals that are not fixed in a concrete achievement, but possible in different ways and guaranteeing a greater chance of success.
