You've just taken on a manager position and you want to master the keys to success in this role and avoid potential pitfalls.

During this on-line workshop with your coach, Orianne Gambino (SKEMA 2016), you will explore your vision as a manager, as well as the practices to put in place, and those to avoid.

Orianne GAMBINO (PGE, 2016)

Orianne is a leadership coach and trainer. She helps entrepreneurs and managers develop their leadership skills.

 

Before becoming an entrepreneur, she began her career in South Africa, where she developed Airbnb's activities in the Middle East African market and managed the launch of new concepts and products.

 

Curious and passionate, she is interested in the growth mechanisms that make companies and individuals successful. Orianne also creates content on these themes.
