With contributions/testimonials from:

Aurélie Marchal: Internal auditor at ABN AMRO BANK until January 2010, Aurélie Marchal left her position when she discovered what design really is. It was a project to promote the world's crafts through collaboration with designers and a conference organized by APCI (Agence pour la Promotion de la Création Industrielle) on design and social innovation that made her realize her new vocation. It was then that she realized that design is much more than aesthetic form, that design is in fact a highly relevant methodology for innovation and, beyond that, for finding solutions. that design can be applied to all kinds of issues.

She immediately made the link with her professional experience and began an Executive MBA to conceptualize her thinking and test its relevance. Later, as an observer, she attended a workshop at the design school ENSCI Les Ateliers, to test her understanding of design against the reality of teaching. But she also became aware of a major handicap: the French, like herself until recently, have an extremely limited understanding of design: form and style. In this context, how could she get companies to see the value of design in improving their operations, and quickly at that? So she began using the term "design thinking", coined by Tim Brown in the USA, to conceptualize the design approach. She then developed a range of services for organizational innovation and managerial transformation through design thinking, and created 'am designthinking to make her expertise available to companies, working in collaboration with designers.
Administrations and major corporations now call on her to optimize their transformation projects, whether in terms of their vision, organization, management practices or workspace.

Jean-François Gore (SK 2009): over 20 years' experience in project management, with a dual engineering/business degree. With over 10 years' experience in project management in R&D for electronic systems in cell phone manufacturing, or in project management for telecom deployment (Datacenter, network infrastructure, etc.), the SKEMA MBA enables Jean-François Gore to develop his skills in project management.), the SKEMA MBA enables Jean-François to focus on the management of cross-functional IT projects linked to corporate change management (ERP Supply Chain, ERP Finance, e-procurement, e-commerce, IoT, M2M, API Management).cated in piloting the #Pikit project, an innovative connected object, #IoT which embeds scanning and audio recognition functions enabling the digitization of the Carrefour Drive customer journey, the launch of which was made official at the press conference on March 28, 2017.

Lamia Moussaoui (SK 2009): a graduate of the MSc Digital Marketing program at Sophia-Antipolis, Lamia initially held several positions in Société Générale's branch network, with a view to gaining a better understanding of the sales teams as a future project manager. Eventually, she found a good opportunity in the Projects, Processes and Organization department of the Finance and Development Division, where she became Project Portfolio Manager. After helping to set up a methodological framework for project managers (methods, tools, models, coaching, quality assurance), she moved on to operational management of the portfolio, in charge of relations with the IT Departments and budget management. Her department was then transformed into the Digital and Transformation Office, where she contributed to the transformation of management while also acting as Master Digital Coach for the Finance Department, helping teams to become more aware of digital practices.

Within the Group, she is an active member of several communities of practice around agility, design thinking, facilitation, collective intelligence, new ways of working and managerial innovation. At the same time, Lamia is a trainer and coach in project management at SKEMA Business School, and a partner in a strategy, management and organization consulting firm based in Morocco. Highly involved with PMI France (Project Management Institute), where she was part of the project team for Forum 2017 in Paris, she is now Director of Programs France.
