Career Workshop

General objective of the workshop:
We propose a real work on assertiveness with "transversal" applicative role-playing.
Whether in management/negotiation/communication, assertiveness (self-assertion while respecting others) is a key relational skill.

Points covered:
- Improv/cohesion mini-warm-up with a few essential synchronization keys to better manage the relationship (listening/energy/emotion/managing the unexpected...)
- Group round to ask each participant a current communication issue (in the form of an "elevator pitch" exercise).
- Theoretical explanation of our communication/assertiveness matrix + the 4 postures
- Suggested role-play applications selected from the problems expressed by participants
- Debriefing and final feedback - Keys to assertiveness!

For over 10 years, the Scène Expériences method has been working with major accounts and students from HEC, Ecole Polytechnique, Corps des Mines and Corps des Ponts. Scène Expériences uses theatrical improvisation techniques to enhance the behavioral performance of companies and managers.
