SKEMA Business Day - How is AI redefining our performance standards?

EVENT IN FRENCH

 

This SKEMA Business Day 2024 will be a morning of exchanges and sharing of experiences with other professionals on the challenges linked to artificial intelligence that your organisations are facing.

 

With the acculturation to AI, companies are pushing back the boundaries of performance.

 

But what are the challenges for the augmented employee? How can we remain competitive and stand out from the crowd as these new practices spread? And how can we synchronize the march of AI with the dynamics of our organisations and the development of skills?

 

We'll be able to reflect together and try to answer a number of questions including the ROI of AI projects, the impact on organizations or decision-making and employee responsibility that challenge the HR function.

10:30am Workshops:

  • #1 How to perform well with AI (and what AI can't do), led by Amandine Prou, Director of Data/IA at RATP Smart Systems, and Fabien Seraidarian, Director of Valorisation at SKEMA

  • #2 Make AI the co-pilot of your teams' day-to-day activities, led by Nathalie Hector, Director of Innovation and Learner Experience at SKEMA, and Kevin Erkeletyan, Editorial Manager at SKEMA

11:30am Restitution of workshops and closing session
