Round table: Diversity, inclusion and parity.

 

On March 11, from 6:30 p.m., at the Appartement Reeve, 2nd arrondissement, Paris.

 

What challenges remain to be overcome to guarantee diversity in our companies in the future?

 

SKEMA's Reserach and Valorisation Direction  is looking at corporate practices in terms of diversity and inclusion, with a focus on leadership and organizational transformation.

 

Programme:

  • 6:45 p.m.: Introduction by Stéphanie Chasserio, Academic Director and Professor of Management, followed by Frédérique Vidal, former Minister of Higher Education, now Director of SKEMA Publika. She will share her unique experience of the challenges facing women in power, through concepts and anecdotes.
  • 7:15 p.m.: Round table discussion moderated by Frédérique Vidal, with contributions from our alumni:
    🌟 Guillaume Broch (SKEMA 2003), Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Leader at Moët Hennessy.
    🌟 Célia Senger-Louasil (SKEMA 2012), Founder of Comète, Women empowerment network.
  • 8:00 p.m.: Interactive discussions: debate and Q&A.
  • 8:30 p.m.: Convivial networking cocktail !

This event is a unique opportunity to meet professionals, exchange best practices and discover successful initiatives to promote inclusion and avoid the risks of regression.

Stéphanie CHASSERIO

Stéphanie CHASSERIO's current research focuses on women entrepreneurs, quality of life at work and psychosocial risks linked to work organization. She is co-director of the "Chaire Femmes et entreprises/ women in business" created at SKEMA. She regularly takes part in academic conferences, notably on corporate diversity, gender equality and psychosocial risks, and publishes articles in specialist journals focusing on more inclusive policies.

Frédérique VIDAL

In May 2017, Frédérique Vidal was appointed Minister of Higher Education, Research and Innovation. She is an influential figure in the academic and scientific world.

Guillaume BROCH
Moët Hennessy

With over 15 years' experience in management control and finance, Guillaume is recognized for his expertise in financial strategy and his commitment to diversity and inclusion within companies. Currently responsible for Equality, Diversity and Inclusion at Moët Hennessy, he stands out for his commitment to fostering authentic leadership.

Célia SENGER-LOUAISIL

Célia SENGER-LOUAISIL is an entrepreneur committed to promoting equality and inclusion in the workplace. She has expertise in project management, commerce and business law. She is co-founder of Comète, a company dedicated to accompanying and coaching women leaders, enabling them to build a solid network and a positive impact on society.
