💼 Talents 2025 Barometer: Analyse and presentation of this 3rd Edition!

Event organised in collaboration with the Desmond MCGETRICK, Director of the MS Project & Programme Management and SKEMA Talent & Careers to discuss the 3rd edition of the Talent Barometer!

 

In partnership with EY, SKEMA Business School has conducted a survey among a panel of students and recent graduates to better understand their aspirations and expectations regarding diversity and inclusion in the workplace. Join us to discover and discuss the key findings!

Speakers
Mehdi RAMDANE (MS, 2023)

Mehdi is responsible for the operational management of rail projects, in line with the owner's directives, ensuring that the project's performance, cost, quality, deadline and safety objectives are met. He is passionate about managing complex projects with economic, social and environmental implications.

 

Youness NASYR (MS, 2019)

Youness is experienced and certified in results-oriented project and program management with 9 years' experience in international environments.

Houssam AITHASSANE (MS, 2023)

Houssam is project manager for digital tools at CHANEL. During his most recent positions, he acquired a wide range of skills in human resources management, digital project management and IT.

Amine EZZEROUALI

Amine Ezzerouali has been Assistant Professor of Organizational Behavior at SKEMA Business School since 2009. Within the school, he has held several key positions: Academic Director of the Master of Science (MSc) in International Human Resources and Performance Management since 2017, Director of the Management, Law and Organization academic department from 2010 to 2015, Program Director of the M1 Management major from 2009 to 2011.

His research focuses on organizational behavior and corporate governance. He is also the author of numerous articles and case studies on topics such as organizational culture, hybrid work and crisis management.

Desmond McGetrick
Professor, Specialized Master Director, Projects and Programs Manager, SKEMA Business School

Desmond accompanies students in the Specialized Master in Project and Program Management at SKEMA Business School, as well as students in the M1 and Grande Ecole programs.
