Positive psychology is a fast-growing scientific field which studies the ways in which people can develop, for themselves and to help others, in their personal and professional lives, in order to be happier.
According to current research, up to 40% of day-to-day happiness is in fact a matter of organizational and personal construction, in particular through work to improve the climate and emotional and social skills. So what can you do to improve happiness, especially at work?

In 75 minutes, you'll be able to:
- Learn about the science of positive psychology
- Zoom in on 7 keys - Experiencing positive emotions, developing optimism, working on motivation and meaning, thealignment of values and actions, the emergence of quality relationships, recognition - which are the levers of happiness and their related tools in a professional context
- Define actions for you to implement
- Ask our coach questions
