Webatelier: Overcoming my lack of self-confidence!

General workshop objective:
Do you occasionally or frequently experience situations of self-doubt, emotional sensitivity or lack of confidence in interviews or meetings? Would you like to strengthen your personal confidence potential while remaining yourself? This workshop will help you to get to grips with the notion of absolute and enduring self-confidence, which traps people in erroneous beliefs.This workshop will help you "get to grips" with the notion of absolute and lasting self-confidence, which traps people in erroneous beliefs, by discussing concrete situations and identifying what you can mobilize within yourself (skills and resources, including humor) to remedy them.

Points covered:
- Differentiating between self-esteem and self-confidence
- Identify the situations in which my confidence is impaired and those in which it is present
- Identify how to make better use of my strengths to boost my confidence
- What are my priorities for improvement? How do I go about it?
- Strengthen my self-awareness and experiment with simple confidence-building exercises that I can put into practice tomorrow
- Exchange with other SKEMA graduates, learn from their testimonials and share our experiences.

Information about the coach leading the workshop:
Isabelle Secousse(www.aixcoaching.com) has been a professional coach for ten years. Her work has been accredited by the Société Française de Coaching. Since 2010, she has been working with SKEMA Alumni on group workshops in Sophia, Aix and Marseille, as well as supporting graduates via performance packs. You can find her on LinkedIn and on the alumni website, as she is also a graduate of the PGE SKEMA (class of 1989).
