Information about the consultant leading the workshop :

Carine Frécon (SKEMA 1987) is a certified coach, trainer and organizational consultant.
She accompanies people on their path of transformation (career orientation, taking up a new position, returning to or preventing burnout, developing skills or resolving managerial issues).
In the case of major change projects (governance, conquering new markets, digital transformation), she specializes in working with managers to ensure that teams build trust and adopt a corporate vision.
