You refuse to meet with your manager at 6.30pm on Wednesday because you have a swimming pool? You don't cancel your long-planned training day for the following day on the pretext that an important meeting has just been scheduled by your boss? Do you buy days off for yourself, without the kids, and not feel guilty about it? Do you delegate a lunch appointment to a colleague because your child is ill and your partner was on duty the last time? These are all situations that present you with choices to make, that call into question the decisions you do or don't make when it comes to defining priorities between professional and personal matters.
Cyril Regourd will introduce you to a life coaching tool he uses in his career assessments.
As master coach Alain Cardon puts it, "you don't coach problems, you coach identities". As a result, it's not uncommon for personal issues to emerge during career coaching, and vice versa. According to Cyril, we need to stop talking about life balance, which often refers to 2 irreconcilable notions: personal life and professional life, and instead aim to integrate the two.

In 75 minutes, you'll be able to:
- Get to grips with the different facets of life, and in particular the dichotomy between personal and professional life
- Use a coaching approach to identify the facets of your life that need to be integrated
- Get to grips with the notion of priorities handing the notion of priorities
- Defining actions to move towards greater integration
- Finally, zooming in on the career side and seeing the levers on different types of issues, and in particular the 1st of them: know how to assert your priorities
- Ask our coach your questions
