General workshop objective :

Do you really know what motivates you at work? According to Don Miguel Ruiz, 95% of our beliefs are lies. On the subject of motivation, many beliefs have been overturned by scientific studies. Some studies have shown that giving more money sometimes results in poorer performance.

The aim of this webconference is to show you what works in terms of motivation. We're talking about motivation 3.0, i.e. 3 families of elements revealed to us by science that explain the motivation of all of us.

Points discussed:

• Discover the notion of motivation 3.0 or intrinsic motivation and "flow".
• Gain a better understanding of how you and those around you function
• Start thinking about how to use these levers on a daily basis
• See how these concepts can be used as levers of efficiency to deploy your potential more widely, and that of those who work with you!

Cyril Regourd, Consultant & Career Coach, management trainer.
