Job description

Ta mission est de faire grandir le chiffre d'affaire de Supermood.
Cela passe par un processus de vente auprès des entreprises de plus de 5000 salariés.
Tu devras parfaitement connaître les différentes entités potentiellement intéressées au sein de nos clients (cross-sell), conseiller nos prospects dans l'utilisation de Supermood, et challenger leur conception de l'engagement collaborateur.

Objectifs:

Démarcher de nouveaux grands comptes
Augmenter le revenu moyen par client (cross-sell)
En amont de la vente, accompagner nos clients dans la définition et l'exécution de leur R.o.I
Garantir une image positive de l'entreprise
Travailler en coordination avec les différents départements de Supermood
Remonter du feedback terrain afin d'améliorer nos services


Profile searched

Un talent pour la communication - tu seras l’image de Supermood, rends nous fiers. :-)

Une maîtrise complète du cycle de vente, de l’approche à la contractualisation.
Une expérience prouvée dans la vente Grands Comptes.
Une connaissance du SaaS est un plus.
