As part of our Corporate Buying team, you will be supporting internal Buying projects as well as cross-functional projects within the Network.
Your responsibilities will be the following:
- Be in charge of several spend categories
- Define a strategic vision for indirect purchasing portfolios.
- Manage portfolios such as 50% IT, 30% HR, Marketing & Communication, and 20% Global Network Projects.
- Work in project mode on Indirect Purchasing topics on a local and international scope

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Define a strategic panel
- Carry out strategic analysis for your panel in order to build partnerships and secure sustainable supplier relationships (contracts, Risk Management, process, …)
- Define KPI and best practices
- Collaborate with the Global Purchasing Network in an effort to harmonize the global approach
Ensure Purchasing project monitoring on a local and global level
- Be responsible for sustainability projects
- Ensure and monitor process implementation
- Carry out internal and external benchmarks to anticipate new technologies and identify new sources of supply
- Ensure monitoring and communication
- Be familiar with project coordination
IT Project and support
- Support and coordinate Purchasing of building investment
- Coordinate the purchasing scope and follow-up KPI with a team dedicated
- Be the Purchasing contact for the suppliers and internal customer
- Be in charge of benchmark, analysis and offer presentation in collaboration with the project team
- Be the Purchasing contact for the suppliers and internal customers

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED : A Master’s degree with relevant experience in Indirect Purchasing. IT portfolio management experience will be appreciated

SKILLS REQUIRED
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel/ Word/ PowerPoint) experience in SAP preferred
