Vanessa Chauliat has been promoted to Director of Innovation and Customer Solutions at Intériale, in this position since February 2025. Vanessa reports directly to Martine Carlu, Managing Director. She is responsible for developing innovation to enhance the member experience, promoting the adoption of digital solutions and representing the "voice of the customer". She also oversees the Group's diversification and multi-equipment strategy.
