WOMEN’S LEADERSHIP

Identify your strengths, assert your leadership style and enlarge your network thanks to a course centred on introspection and peer coaching.

The first step in convincing yourself to start the transformation is to feel legitimate. In this respect, the course is based on the work of Professor Michel Ferrary, who uses numerical analysis to demonstrate the link between gender diversity and performance, and the importance of increasing the diversity of teams within organisations.

Objectives:

  • To become aware of gender bias in order to overcome it
  • To associate parity and performance
  • To develop assertiveness and be able to manage difficult communications
  • To develop the ability to influence and adopt a position of leadership
  • To build a network and rely on allies to progress

DIGITAL MARKETING, in partnership with First Education Online

This online certificate, issued by SKEMA Business School and First Education Online, enables you to acquire key skills in the management or assistance in the management of digital marketing projects by focusing on 5 pillars: the definition of an online strategy in line with the company's objectives, centred on users' expectations and linked to the latest technologies; the three main acquisition channels – search engine optimisation (SEO), search engine advertising (SEA) and social media optimisation (SMO) – and lastly, key performance indicators (KPIs) based on an ROI approach.

Digital Marketing @SKEMA Business School enables you to acquire three fundamental skills in digital marketing:

  • Carrying out a diagnosis of your digital marketing strategy: analysing the digital problems, identifying strengths and areas for improvement and comparing performance to that of the market and your competitors
  • Selecting the campaigns and channels to be implemented: understanding the advantages, costs and workings of each channel (according to the three pillars) and deciding which channels to activate, in line with the final objectives
  • Analysing the impact of a strategy via appropriate indicators (KPIs) in an approach centred on performance and results: using and challenging the KPIs, and presenting them in dynamic dashboards in view of continuous improvement (or "test and learn").

STRATEGIC AND OPERATIONAL MANAGER

The Strategic and Operational Manager programme enables you to strengthen your skills through a master’s degree, training in the best management practices and developing a 360° vision of the company that integrates the main challenges of digital, environmental and societal transformation so as to underpin performance.

Objectives:

  • Understanding the major issues of digital, environmental and societal transformation and integrating them into a business development strategy.
  • Acquiring the fundamentals of business management and overseeing the financial performance of an organisation.
  • Developing leadership skills and becoming an agile and inclusive manager who engages their teams and boosts their potential.

"This programme trains new-generation managers capable of devising development strategies, steering their business and engaging their teams through agile, inclusive and responsible management. The course is also an opportunity to develop a professional network and challenge personal practices, thanks to an experiential teaching method and a learning expedition."  Emily Wiersch, Programme Educational Director.
