Emotional and festive 30-year reunion for the PGE Class of 1993 in Lille!

On Saturday 3 June 2023, some thirty graduates from the Class of 1993 celebrated their 30th anniversary of graduation on SKEMA’s Lille campus. They came from Dubai, the Netherlands, Germany and the south of France for this heartwarming weekend where time stood still and where a magical spell was cast that reinforced the feeling of belonging to SKEMA Business School!

The festivities began on the Friday evening in the capital of Flanders with our fabulous alumni!

On the Saturday morning, after a tour of the campus that many of them were discovering for the first time, the presentations of the Alumni & Fundraising Department and of the Grande Ecole programme were an opportunity to learn about the major developments in the programme and the alumni network.

The honorary diploma and graduate cap ceremony was an emotional experience for all. It was followed by a festive and convivial cocktail reception and then, for those who wished to do so, the opportunity to sit on the jury of the competitive entrance exams in the afternoon!

"The highlight of the event was rediscovering the school and its new educational format. I feel that the school has evolved considerably, without losing its essence (international openness and trailblazing). This allows me to continue to feel aligned with its values and identity, while being proud of the road we've travelled."
