2024–2025 Review: A Record Year of Mobilization for the SKEMA Alumni Network

21 July 2025 Network

Thanks to the collective efforts of many graduates, the SKEMA Alumni network closes a record year. Here's a look back at the key figures for 2024-2025.

Through events, mentoring, the deployment of clubs and chapters, sponsorship and professional development workshops, alumni participation in the life of the network has strengthened the spirit of community and opened up concrete prospects for as many people as possible.

Network leadership: a global dynamic

Proximity and relevance of themes guided the organization of alumni events around the world this year. Drawing on its extensive experience, the alumni team relied on the involvement of club and chapter ambassadors, as well as the commitment of alumni, to deliver high-quality events.

📅 117 events organized worldwide
🌍 With the help of 91 ambassadors in 15 countries
🎤 99 speakers mobilized around professional issues, trades or soft skills
👥 Nearly 5,000 graduate participants gathered together
93% overall satisfaction rate
🤝 4 out of 5 graduates feel that these events strengthen their sense of belonging to the network

Mentoring: growing momentum

Since its relaunch in 2024, the SKEMA Alumni mentoring program has enjoyed spectacular growth. With 955 registrants - an increase of 156% on last year - and 391 pairs formed between students, graduates and mentors, this scheme offers 6-month support to guide, develop or encourage professional change. In 2025-26, the program innovates with the launch of Flash Mentoring, a short formula dedicated to targeted issues, while the Mentoring Honours Ceremony continues to celebrate the commitment of mentors.

Philanthropy: a network that supports talent

At SKEMA, the generosity of our donors contributes every day to reinforcing academic excellence and offering unique opportunities to our students. Thanks to a growing mobilization, SKEMA's philanthropic network has produced remarkable results this year:

  • 300,000 raised through the SKEMA Alumni for Good campaign

  • Financing of 4 full scholarships and 8 partial scholarships of €10,000 each

  • Creation of an entrepreneurial grant fund, with 5 grants of €5,000 each

  • In 2026: launch of the Mission Possible project , a transatlantic crossing by sailing cargo ship for 12 students.

Recruitment: graduates on the front line

Commitment is simpler than you think. Every gesture counts: take the time to reply to a message, share your experience at an event, or support a student on his or her path. Once again this year, many graduates have been mobilized, sometimes behind the scenes, sometimes on the front line, to support the younger generations of Skemiens.

  • 141 graduates took part in 12 career events on the 3 French campuses

  • 284 graduates conducted interviews with candidates

  • Speeches, stands, job offers: a real boost for young skemiens' access to the job market.

New services launched and to come

To enrich and structure the network's activities, we are launching in September :

  • Business Clubs in Supply Chain and Sustainability

  • Local chapters in London and New York

Thank you all for your commitment. You are the pillars of a lively, useful and supportive network. Thanks to you, SKEMA Alumni is more than just a school network: it's an active ecosystem that accompanies every career path. Together, let's continue to grow this dynamic in 2025-2026.
