Alaude Lefebvre (SK 2018), co-founder of Les Sublimeurs in Lille!

We met Alaude, a new graduate in a business partnership with Valentin Roose, at the Entrepreneurs’ Club* pitch session held in Lille (TechShop Leroy Merlin) on 16 October 2018. Audrey Touyon spoke to her on behalf of SKEMA Alumni! (photo album)

Having just graduated this year, Alaude spoke as an alumna-entrepreneur at the start-up café organised for Lille campus students, before joining the alumni Entrepreneurs’ Club for a captivating pitch!
"From the bread to the plate and the olive oil to the flower arrangements, we will enable the patrons of restaurants and hotels to find, and immediately order from their creators and manufacturers, the exclusive products and objects that they discovered in these most beautiful, convivial venues."


Founded in August 2018, Les Sublimeurs’ innovative concept is as follows: "to showcase the best artisans selected by socially-engaged restaurateurs who utilise and promote local resources." With Sublimeurs, Alaude promotes the restaurants & hotels that work with the most skilled artisans in the region!
