Arthur Dufy (SKEMA 2022), Ambassador of the Supply Chain Business Club

Could you briefly tell us about your career since graduating from SKEMA and what motivated you to become an ambassador for the Supply Chain Business Club?

I graduated from MS MCLA in 2022 and joined the Shiseido cosmetics group in Paris as Supply Chain Coordinator. Since then, I've been S&OP process lead for the perfume division and key user/trainer on SAP S4 & IBP Supply Planning solutions. As a graduate, I'd like to give alumni the opportunity to bring their diploma to life beyond the course via this club. I think it's important to offer these opportunities to create a truly attractive Supply Chain community.

How do you see your role as ambassador for the Supply Chain Business Club? Could you share a few ideas for events or initiatives you'd like to put in place?

My role will be to create opportunities for exchange between graduates and to enable those who wish to do so to develop. Here are the initiatives I'd like to be able to put in place for the coming school year:

• Alumni club kick-offs to facilitate alumni visits: a conference with one or more speakers, followed by a discussion session to capture feedback from the community.
• webinars / e-conferences on predefined themes
• promoting inspiring career paths via the alumni newsletter
• after-work and networking events to create one or more convivial moments during the year

What message would you like to convey to alumni to encourage them to join and become actively involved in the Supply Chain Business Club?

Taking part in Supply Chain and Purchasing Club events is one of the best ways to promote your MCLA diploma. The creation of this club is a great opportunity to forge closer links between the different graduating classes, encourage professional and personal exchanges in a friendly atmosphere, and give our students a chance to share their experiences.The creation of this club is a great opportunity to strengthen ties between the different classes, encourage professional and personal exchanges in a friendly atmosphere, give visibility to your career paths, your projects and your successes, and keep alive the spirit of SKEMA and the MS MCLA, beyond the years of study.
