SKEMA reveils his two future sites : Cap Town (South Africa) for the fall 2019 and Grand Paris (France) for 2020.

The Grand Paris Campus in 2020.

Designed to link the northern and southern territories of the school, this new campus has been named the Grand Paris campus.

Situated in the former headquarters of Airbus, on the banks of the Seine, five minutes from La Défense and 13 minutes from the Champs-Elysées, the Grand Paris campus in Suresnes is the anchor of the overall strategy of the school.
Spread over 30,000m², it will comprise two big lecture halls, 40 classrooms, the Knowledge Center, multiple spaces of co-working and relaxation, spaces dedicated to research and innovation, and much more. At the crossroads of cultures, the Grand Paris campus will be a benchmark for new teaching practices and the use of technology. This makes it ideal to host the SKEMA Global Lab in Augmented Intelligence – a novel hub for a new page in the history of SKEMA!

A new campus in Paris ... and in Cape Town, South Africa !

SKEMA is setting up its new campus within Stellenbosch University, an emblematic institution of Cape Town, South Africa. The French and international PGE students currently enrolled in a Master 1 will be able to choose this campus at the start of the 2019/2020 academic year. They will follow the “Doing Business in South Africa” track from the MSc International Business programme, which will be the 1st programme to open on this campus. New degree programmes in Finance, Marketing, Management and Entrepreneurship will follow in 2020.

As is the case on all SKEMA campuses, the Cape Town campus will have an incubator/accelerator that will house student and graduate startups.

The students currently in their 2nd year of a BBA in Global Management will have the possibility of choosing this campus for their 3rd year.

Global Executive MBA trainees will also be able to attend the programme’s residential seminars there, as is the case in Suzhou, Raleigh and Belo Horizonte.

SKEMA students and trainees will be able to take advantage of the many facilities at Stellenbosch University, including a huge documentation centre, a music school, concert halls, an athletics stadium, several Olympic-sized swimming pools, and sports grounds (rugby, football, tennis, hockey, cricket, squash, etc.).

Students and trainees can also be provided with on-site accommodation. The university boasts over 6,000 accommodations on campus.

“Our 7 campuses are all located in fast-growing technology centres where the links with the region enable us to greatly contribute to the development of the local ecosystem, while offering our French and international students an invaluable global experience. That is what makes them much more than mere international sites. Teaching the economy and management of Brazil to an Indian, American or Chinese student, giving a 3-year tour of international managerial practices to French students on our campuses or at an international partner university, enabling everyone to incubate and accelerate their startup ventures on campus, all of this is the added value that a global school like SKEMA provides. It’s a model that is absolutely unique in tertiary education. A model that addresses the needs of the economy and thanks to while our graduates have no trouble at all find finding a job or creating their own,” says Alice Guilhon - Dean.

In addition to these two new campuses, in Paris and South Africa respectively, new programmes and initiatives are being launched. Stay tuned !
