Maximilien Battistutta (SKEMA 2022), Ambassador of the Supply Chain Business Club

Could you briefly tell us about your career since graduating from SKEMA and what motivated you to become an ambassador for the Supply Chain Bsuiness Club?

After completing a master's degree in mechanical engineering at INSA Lyon, I did the MCLA at SKEMA as a work-study student at TotalEnergies. I then joined Wavestone in the Supply Chain practice, where I worked for a number of clients, including L'Oréal. I then joined Valthena to develop a supply chain / operational excellence offering, before joining KPMG to continue developing this expertise within the SAP tribe.

How do you see your role as ambassador for the Supply Chain Business Club? Could you share a few ideas for events or initiatives you'd like to put in place?

I'd like to get involved in exchanges and the organization of events for the club. In collaboration with the other ambassadors, we've already started to think about and build up the events program. There are many topics specific to our sector that deserve to be discussed within the club: the new issues/challenges facing the supply chain, the changes that AI can bring to the supply chain, and so on.

What message would you like to pass on to our alumni, encouraging them to join and become actively involved in Supply Chain Business Club ?

The supply chain is constantly evolving and facing new challenges. It's a simplistic adage, but one that still applies in 2025. Indeed, adaptability is at the heart of our businesses. As alumni involved in the logistics business, your experiences and opinions are key to ensuring that, together, we can take stock and identify best practices as well as tomorrow's challenges.

This network is an asset. The launch of this club is an opportunity for all of us, and it's up to us to make the most of it. Whether you're simply curious or looking to expand your network, the team of Skema ambassadors and alumni will strive, with your support, to create a privileged exchange platform for all profiles (experienced or beginner) who are passionate about supply.
