Nicolas Dusoulier (SKEMA 2019), Ambassador of the Project Management Business Club

01 October 2025 Interview

Could you briefly tell us about your career since graduating from SKEMA Business School and what motivated you to become an ambassador for the Project Management Business Club?

After SKEMA, I spent 18 years managing digital/telecom projects and programs in PM/PMO and change management roles.
My common thread: transforming ideas into measurable results that are useful in the field. Becoming an ambassador for the Project Management Club motivates me to share concrete feedback and build bridges between alumni and MS students.
How do you plan to energize and enliven the Project Management Club of which you are an ambassador? Could you share a few ideas for events or initiatives you'd like to set up?

I'll be acting as spokesperson and master of ceremonies, framing topics, moderating exchanges and managing the tempo of the event. I'll curate the content (speakers' briefs, clear, actionable formats), activate my network to recruit speakers/partners, and host convivial formats (afterworks, speed networking, "Behind the Project").

What message would you like to pass on to alumni to encourage them to join and become actively involved in the Project Management Business Club?

Joining the Club means gaining time, a network and ideas. Everyone can contribute at his or her own pace: testify for 15 minutes, propose a topic, become a mentor or host a session. The more we share, the more useful and influential the Club becomes-for our projects, our careers and the students who come along behind us. Join us!
