Could you briefly tell us about your career since graduating from SKEMA Business School and what motivated you to become an ambassador for the Project Management Business Club?
After graduating from SKEMA in 2019 with a degree in project and program management, I had the opportunity to move into a management role, supervising several teams made up of project leaders, experts and project managers.teams of project managers, experts and technical architects in the field of the Digital Workplace at Atos, both in France and in Southern Europe. My involvement as an ambassador for the club came naturally, following my participation in various events and exchanges with members of the SKEMA network.exchanges with members of the SKEMA Alumni network, which enabled me to discover the club and appreciate the energy and dynamism of this group.
How do you plan to energize and enliven the Project Management Club of which you are an ambassador? Could you share a few ideas for events or initiatives you'd like to set up?
My vision is to strengthen alumni commitment by creating a real dynamic of regular participation in club events. In my opinion, building member loyalty is a key success factor.
To achieve this, we could offer a variety of formats: conferences, roundtables or workshops, inviting speakers specialized in project management to address current issues, such as generative AI.
Beyond the business aspects, the club can also play an important role in bringing alumni together and fostering solidarity, by encouraging exchanges that contribute to the advancement of both their professional and personal projects.
What message would you like to pass on to alumni to encourage them to join and become actively involved in the Project Management Business Club?
We're counting on the involvement of our alumni to bring the club to life, not only by taking part in events, but also by contributing to their preparation, in order to offer everyone an even richer and more collaborative experience.
