Géraldine Potel (SKEMA 1991) becomes Human Resources Director of Hyvia.
After graduating from SKEMA Business School, Géraldine Potel began her career as Deputy Director of Human Resources at Sidel for nearly 6 years.
She then joined the Renault group where she has been working for over 20 years. First of all, she worked directly for Renault as Skills Project Manager for four and a half years, then as Local Human Resources Manager for almost four years before becoming Training and GPEC Manager for three and a half years and finally Social Relations Manager for three and a half years.
In April 2016, she was appointed Director of Human Resources at Sofrastock, part of the Renault group, for five and a half years.
Since 2021, she has been Director of Human Resources at Hyvia, a subsidiary of the Renault group.
