About the content:
Both a method and a state of mind, Design Thinking is a convenient tool for collective intelligence to respond in an original way to the needs of the end customer. During this meeting, we'll introduce you to the main principles of Design Thinking, then take you through a co-construction workshop, so that you can leave with a new key tool that can be put to immediate use in your project management activities.
*Thomas GUILAIN is a consultant specializing in innovation. With abackground in human sciences and business school (SKEMA 2008), his diversified career in banking, industry and social housing, in communications and project management, has led him to collaborate in change management and to lead project governance bodies.
