	Eric MOUVEAUX (SK 1984), creator and CEO of REFLETS VIDEO Director, entrepreneur, "altruistic" manager, he will talk about the reasons for implementing this type of management in his company, and how it works on a daily basis for him and his colleagues, as well as for his customers and partners.
