Self-confidence and self-esteem: Diagnosis, assessment and action plan (Sophia Antipolis)

SKEMA Alumni PERFORMANCE WORKSHOP

"It's not the things themselves that trouble us.

but the opinion we form of it" Epictetus

SKEMA ALUMNI COLLECTIVE WORKSHOP - SOPHIA-ANTIPOLIS CAMPUS

"Self-confidence and self-esteem: Diagnosis, assessment and action plan".

1/Target audience :

Any graduate who occasionally or frequently experiences self-doubt, emotional sensitivity, lack of self-confidence in interviews or meetings... and who wants to boost their self-confidence potential.

2/ General workshop objective :

This workshop is designed to "put an end" to the notion of absolute, enduring self-confidence, which traps people in erroneous beliefs. However, the aim of this workshop is to discuss the situations in which we feel uncomfortable, and to identify what we can mobilize within ourselves in terms of abilities and resources to remedy the situation.

3/Specific objectives :

- Differentiate between self-esteem and self-confidence.

- Identify situations in which trust is impaired and those in which it is present.

- Identify how to make the most of your strengths to boost your confidence.

- What are the priorities for improvement? How to go about it?

- Strengthen self-awareness and experiment with simple confidence-building exercises that can be repeated at home.

- Exchange ideas with other SKEMA graduates on this sensitive topic, learn from their experiences and share their own.

3/Pre-requisites :

Beyond the assessment, the personal photograph taken for oneself, the principle of the workshop is that of "co-development": exchanging experiences, pooling our ideas, giving advice, listening... The idea is for each participant to learn from the other what moves him or her, what makes him or her different... so as to better define his or her own vision of personal self-confidence.

The desire to think together, mutual respect for each other's contributions and the confidentiality of exchanges will be the workshop's working rules.
