The Project Management Club invites you to round off its thematic quarter on KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) and dashboards withan "afterwork-RETEX" on the subject launched at the beginning of December via the linkedIn group "Project Management Club SKEMA Alumni". An opportunity to exchange ideas with your peers on how to define and manage relevant indicators for your projects/programs/portfolios.

Fadi El Gemayel: with over 25 years' experience in project management, Sadi is an expert consultant in business movement: strategy and doctrine of movement, organization, agility, project, program and portfolio management.

CEO of Daylight, he has developed several conferences (Paris, Beirut), training courses (HEC, Société Générale, Banque de France) and tools on the management of major transformation programs, as well as corporate strategy and organization.

Magali Cauet (SK 2014): Magali (SK 2014), co-founder of the SKEMA Alumni Project Management Club, is a consultant and trainer in project management and change management at MI GSO .

Her experience abroad (UK and Spain) and in a wide variety of sectors (industry, retail, media, public sector, events, humanitarian aid, etc.) has given her a solid foundation in project/organization management and a highly adaptable approach.

Magali has conducted several maturity diagnostics, defined and implemented numerous organizational changes and operational process improvements, and provided change management training. In particular, she set up and managed a PMO for special event cars at Jaguar Land Rover, and more recently took part in defining the strategic planning and organization of the body responsible for delivering equipment for the JO24.

Through her assignments, Magali has regularly been confronted with the challenge of defining relevant performance indicators and dashboards (portfolio, BAU, program). She will share specific feedback on the implementation of a dashboard for the portfolio of innovation projects (Industry 4.0) of a major aerospace group.
