Could you tell us a little about your journey since graduating from SKEMA Business School and what motivated you to become an ambassador of the Digital-Data-Marketing Club?

 

I graduated from SKEMA’s MSc in International Marketing & Business Development programme in 2015, and over the past 10 years I've built up a career in digital marketing and data, mainly in the tourism and e-commerce/marketplace spaces, working for large companies and scale-ups including Accor, Alibaba, Leboncoin and, more recently, Vestiaire Collective.
As a Chinese professional working in France, I have navigated multicultural and international environments, so I bring an enriched perspective to global marketing challenges.
Today, I'm keen to share this experience and get more involved in the SKEMA Alumni community. For me, being an ambassador for the Digital-Data-Marketing Club is an opportunity to build bridges between alumni, share inspiring experiences, discuss concrete industry-related issues, and actively bring our network together around a common passion: digital and data.

As an ambassador, how do you plan to revitalise and energise the Digital-Data-Marketing Club? Do you have any ideas for initiatives or events you'd like to run?

 

To energise the club, I'd like to organise a variety of relevant and inspiring online and in-person events in line with current trends in digital and data:

  • A quarterly round-table discussions on topics such as: generative AI & marketing, retail media, the cookieless era, data-driven branding, advanced performance marketing...
  • “Inspiring journey” events: to hear from alumni with unusual backgrounds, followed by time to network.
  • “Best practice” webinars with guests who are experts in data, growth or tech.
  • After-work meet-ups in hubs like Paris, or abroad (depending on the community).
  • Flash mentoring workshops between senior alumni and young graduates looking for guidance in the digital world.

I'd also like to set up a red thread content strategy on LinkedIn to maintain an active presence year round, even when there are no big events on.

 

What message would you like to send to our alumni to encourage them to join and become actively involved in the club?
