Register for the SKEMA Social Ventures Summit

16 February 2022 Events

Powered by SKEMA Ventures, SKEMA Business School’s impact entrepreneurship incubator-accelerator, the SKEMA Social Ventures Summit 2022 will be held on the Grand Paris campus on Thursday, 31 March, from 8am to 6.30pm and online on the Hopin platform.

The SKEMA Social Ventures Summit is a hybrid event designed to highlight new impact business structures and the people behind them. It will focus on networking, exchanges and experience sharing. Throughout the day, round tables on subjects such as “What is a social business model”, or “How to finance your impact project?

The current state of the art of aid and the ecosystem” will be led by SKEMA professors such as Marine Hadengue, Dhafer Saidane and Diane de Saint-Affrique. “These round tables will all be linked to the theme of social innovation. The idea is that entrepreneurs or students can come and glean useful information to launch an impact project,” explains Pauline Gane, manager of The Venture Factory on the Grand Paris campus.

A startup forum

In parallel to the round tables, Research Corner sessions led by faculty members will punctuate the day on themes such as reverse innovation, impact investing, and digital transformation and sustainability. Pitching sessions and a startup forum will be held on campus, with the presence of 20 impact entrepreneurs, some of whom are incubated at SKEMA Ventures.
